2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items.
  • Returns are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, and clearance sale items.

3. Return Process

  • Our team will verify your request and provide a return authorization.
  • The customer must ship the item back to our return address at their own cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for defective items.
  • We will provide a replacement, subject to availability.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, discounted products, and final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
