2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items.
- Returns are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, and clearance sale items.
3. Return Process

- Our team will verify your request and provide a return authorization.
- The customer must ship the item back to our return address at their own cost.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for defective items.
- We will provide a replacement, subject to availability.
